PostGenetics (2005) "Genomics beyond Genes"
PostGenetics (2007) "Genomics beyond ENCODE"

International PostGenetics Society was established in 2005, when "Genetics", turned 100 years old, and was still preoccupied with genes - ignoring "junk DNA". IPGS is the first Organization that formally abandoned "Junk DNA" as a scientific term (2006) and put pressure on the NIH-lead (11 Country) "ENCODE 1st Report" to officially follow suit (2007):

Accelerated progress is mandated now, as hundreds of millions suffer from the possibly 150,000+ "Junk DNA Diseases" (New York Times). They elude attention, since no "Gene Discovery" might help - "PostGene Discovery" will.

Disruption of 'Genetics' into 'Gene Thesis' and 'Junk DNA Antithesis' needed a resolution: a 'Synthesis in PostGenetics'.

PostGenetics has a singular agenda - putting the former "Junk" DNA in "priority number one". PostGenetics achieves this goal by an information-technological generalization of the fractured "gene" concept.

Humans differ not in their genes, but in their PostGenes from other organisms. Protein-synthesis, natural as in Biotechnology or artificial as in Nanotechnology hinges on formerly "Junk DNA" - now regulatory DNA.

Countries and regions with lesser resources compared to USA leapfrog into PostGenetics.

IPGS calls upon pioneers to join and play their roles, and supporters to accelerate a disruptive process - while benefiting from the paradigm shift.

IPGS is now calling for its World Congress - at the most suitable Country/Region
